We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met. Returns are accepted up to a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the original sale to the client and must be delivered back to AZTIREWAREHOUSE.COM within 30 days to be processed for credit or refund, less the applicable round-trip shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Refund amount

If you cancel your order within 24 hours and it hasn't shipped yet, there will be a 5% cancellation fee applied to the total bill.

For the orders have already been shipped out: Total bill Credit less all freight charges incurred (including items eligible for Free Shipping) and a 10% restocking fee on total bill and return shipping label (if you decide to use our return shipping label service)
Return address
Please send the product, the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number to provide return address

You can ship it back to us by your deserved carrier but remember delivered address must be the provided return address and RMA must attached with the product

We offer return shipping label service. The service provides a return label to attach with the tire and drop-off to the selected carrier. Total refund will be deducted by return label cost
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AZTIREWAREHOUSE.COM
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Please place the new order and return your unwanted order
Return processing time and payment channel
