FAQs

What is the delivery address, and is it commercial or residential?

If the delivery address is residential, would you be open to arranging a pickup from a nearby commercial address? An AZ Tire Warehouse representative will get in touch with you to discuss and agree on a convenient location, thus avoiding any additional surcharges imposed by freight companies for residential deliveries.

How long will it take for the order to get processed?

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Once the order is processed, it will be shipped out with the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

What are your shipping methods, and how long do they take?

Some tires will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. The majority of the tires we sell will be shipped via LTL due to their size and weight.

If shipped via ground service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days after the order has been picked up by the carrier.

If shipped via LTL, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days after the order has been picked up by the carrier.

Where do you ship?

We ship both domestically and internationally. The shipping charges do not include any possible duties or tariffs if shipped internationally.

For international orders, please provide the delivery address for your USA-based freight forwarder, if applicable. This will help us in quoting the best possible shipping rates.

How are shipping rates calculated?

The shipping is calculated based on the location of the tires being stored and the destination they’re going to. In order to get you the most accurate shipping charge, please provide us with a complete delivery address.

Why is my shipping cost so high?

  • If the shipping charge is too high, a possible cause is that ground shipping has been selected for tires that require LTL. We recommend selecting ground shipping for items under 50 lbs, and LTL for all other items.
  • If the charge is still too high or you weren’t able to get one, try using the “shipping quote” function and our team will get back to you with the most accurate shipping charge as soon as possible.

Can you ship to a residential address?

  • Yes, we can. However, most LTL carriers will upcharge at least $135 and they will group all residential deliveries instead of shipping the next business day. This will delay the delivery for at least 1-2 business days and generate additional delivery costs.

What if I only have a residential address for delivery? How can i avoid delays and additional shipping charges?

  • To avoid delays and additional charges, we strongly suggest shipping your order to a local commercial address. This can be a tire shop or auto parts store that services you, or any other business that has a loading dock or forklift to receive and unload the tires.
  • If you don’t have such a location, we will try to find the closest LTL carrier terminal to your address and arrange a terminal pickup. To pursue this option, please select “hold at terminal” when you check out your order.
  • Once you select "hold at terminal”, we will reach out to you to confirm the terminal address before processing your order.

What does "HOLD AT TERMINAL" mean?

  • This is a shipping alternative for customers who do not have a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift to receive and unload the pallets. We will find the closest LTL carrier terminal to you and arrange a pickup at their location.
  • We will reach out to you to confirm before processing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we will send over tracking information and let you know when the tires are ready for pickup at the terminal.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

  • If your order has been processed, the order will most likely be shipped within that same day. We can try to change your delivery address, but we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made in time.
  • If your order has been processed, but hasn’t been shipped, we can cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please call +1 (480) 906-1706 or email info@aztirewarehouse.com / freight@aztirewarehouse.com and reference your online order number.

Can the delivery date be changed?

  • The delivery date cannot be changed once the tires have been picked up by the LTL carrier.

Can I pick up the tires from one of your warehouses?

  • Yes, but different warehouses will have different stock levels depending on the item in question.
  • Please check in with us about the tire that you are looking for so we can help you find the best availability.

What if I need the tires installed?

  • If you are picking up your order at our warehouse, we can arrange to have the tires installed as part of the pickup.
  • Please be sure to contact us with details at info@aztirewarehouse.com / freight@aztirewarehouse.com , or to give our office a call at +1(480) 906-1706 so that we can schedule the service as part of your order.

Where can I get tracking information for my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number attached.

Will you contact my about my order?

  • We will reach out to you via email if there’s any additional information that we need to process your order.
  • Please be sure to include your email address when submitting your order to receive updates concerning tracking and order status.

Local pick up instructions

Pick up hours are 10 am - 4pm (local time)

Things to bring for pick up: 

  • Pick up / Order confirmation email
  • Valid Driver's License

The payment has to be processed and completed prior to pick up at any of our locations. The warehouses do not handle any payment.
